Our custom chenille softball patches can be personalized with available colors and options to coordinate with your school, team, or varsity letterman jacket. Choose from softball designs, gloves, bats, pitchers, shape patches, chevrons, captain patches, number or position patches, and crossed-bat styles for team participation, leadership, awards, and individual recognition.

Softball patches are a great way to recognize team membership, jersey numbers, playing positions, captain status, tournament appearances, postseason honors, championships, and memorable accomplishments throughout the season.

Select the softball patch design you want and choose the available colors, lettering, numbers, and customization options shown on the product page. The preview will help you visualize your selections before adding the patch to your cart.

After completing your selections, choose the quantity you need and add the item to your cart. You can continue shopping for additional patches, varsity letters, names, numbers, and other varsity letterman jacket decorations before checking out.

The listed patch size is based on the outer outline of the main chenille design. From that outline, we normally add approximately 0.12 inches of top felt, then extend the bottom felt approximately 0.30 inches beyond the top felt.

Because of these felt borders, the finished patch will be larger than the listed chenille size. Adding an additional felt layer can increase the overall finished size further.

In most cases, we can also adjust the overall design size by approximately 15% larger or smaller if needed. If you have a specific size requirement, please let us know when ordering so we can confirm whether the design can be adjusted.

When planning placement on a varsity letterman jacket, consider your varsity letter, name, numbers, softball patches, captain or position patches, award patches, and other decorations so there is enough room for the complete finished patch.
