How do I order my patch? And what sports are available

YOUR PATCH WILL BE CUSTOM DESIGNED FOR YOUR SPECIFIC REQUEST. ANY SPORT IS AVAILABLE

These Championship patches are custom designed as you need them. This order form is simply to process the order but we will contact you and setup a time to discuss exactly what your team need and then we will provide you with a proof of the patch. We will work with you to get the lettering just the way you want it so if you can’t quite fit enough letters in the space provided then just let us know.  There is a comment box during the checkout process, and that is a great place to leave us any comments about your order that need to be addressed.
